On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, a special activity session was organized in the library period to promote awareness about mental well-being among students. The session aimed to help students understand the importance of maintaining a healthy mind along with a healthy body.
During the period, students enthusiastically participated in various engaging activities such as poster making, slogan writing, and short discussions on positive thinking and emotional balance. Many students created thoughtful posters and wrote meaningful slogans highlighting the significance of mental health and self-care.
